What is your return policy?
Due to the mature and intimate nature of these products, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This for the health and safety of our customers and our employees. Once items leave the warehouse they are considered used and can not be return.

What if my item is defective
If an item is defective within 30 days of purchase we will replace the same item at zero cost to the customer. Please use the contact page to let us know the issue. Please include your order number when emailing about defective products.
Once the item is deemed to be defective, a member of our team will send you a shipping label to return the item. When the item arrives we will then send you your new product.
Any return item must have all the original parts including batteries, chargers, remotes, instructions, etc.
What happens if I made an error or have to change my shipping address?
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day you order it. This is to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, there is no way to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.
In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error that package will be returned by the carrier. All returned orders due to non-delivery will be refunded and can not be shipped back out.
